This is a job advertisement for a consultant position in the insurance sector, focused on IT Monitoring. We are looking for a proficient IT Monitoring Consultant (m/f/d) to assist in fulfilling DORA requirements by implementing event communication through the USU tool ZIS.
Project Overview
The consultant will work alongside a USU developer to design and implement dashboards that comply with DORA regulations. The dashboards will provide ITIL-compliant incident reports, presenting the current status of IT systems and automating incident reporting for critical failures.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and plan dashboards based on DORA requirements.
- Implement dashboards in collaboration with the developer.
- Automate processes gradually, using the ZIS tool, which utilizes REXX and has over 50,000 lines of code developed.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT Monitoring with SCOM and ideally ZIS from USU.
- Experience in dashboard implementation.
- Automation knowledge.
- Strong technical understanding of monitoring and logging issues within a DevSecOps framework.
Other Details
Position duration is from ASAP until the end of 2025, with a possible extension (pending clarification). The role requires full-time commitment (at least 35 hours per week), primarily remote with occasional onsite work in Hamburg-Nord.
