Key Responsibilities:
The Test Manager will have to ensure a uniform approach by the approximately 80+ product teams as part of the project, as well as coordinating the UAT tests in Austria as a whole in coordination with the business streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Define Testing Strategy, Testing Plan & Risk Management
Define Testing framework: Tools, Reports, Dashboards
User Acceptance Tests
Managing stakeholders
Define communication plan with: Program Management, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, stream leads
Coordinate test leads/IT analysts
Collect and centralize overall testing status (coverage/results/quality) from cross-functional teams
Report test status to program management
Escalate and follow up on blocking topics
Final test approval and recommendation for GO decision
Point of contact for tracking and follow up issues with management of DevOps teams
