For our client we are looking for a Test Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in Düsseldorf.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement testing strategies and plans
Lead the definition of test cases and scripts to support the plans
Lead the team through Unit Tests, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Tests and their respective preparation phases
Monitor and triage defects occurring during test execution
Closely collaborate with Project Management to ensure timely and complete execution of testing
Actively manage entry and exit criteria for the different test phases
Run kick-off sessions and train project members on testing routines in each testing phase
Facilitate regular status meetings reviewing progress and, if needed, drive the definition and application of corrective actions
Set up and maintain testing in JIRA to track progress and manage testing activities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in test management within a range of projects as part of a programme
Demonstrated expertise in developing test strategies and executing various testing phases (Unit, Integration, User Acceptance)
Proven experience in guiding project teams through the creation of relevant test cases and scripts, including quality control to ensure the content supports the testing plans
Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools (e.g., JIRA)
Experience in leading testing teams and training team members on testing methodologies
Background in working with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and Development Teams
ISTQB Certification is a plus (Foundation Level or higher)
Training in test management tools (JIRA or similar platforms)
Familiarity with waterfall project management methodologies
