For our client in the energy sector we are looking for a Production & Solutions Expert (m / f / d) to start as soon as possible / 100% remote.

The weekly working time is 40 hours and the assignment can be 100% remote. The duration of the assignment is 6 months, with the option of extension by our client.

🏠 Remote share: 5 days per week or 100% remote possible (no on-site deployment)

📃 Type of contract: Temporary employment

🕛 Duration: 6 months (with option for extension by our customer)

🌴Holiday time: 15 days per year (since 6 months duration)

 

Your tasks:  

  • Conduct Cyber Regulation Analysis

Review and analyze relevant cyber regulations, with a focus on NIS 2 compliance requirements

Document gaps and areas requiring alignment

 

  • Perform risk assessments

Work with process owners to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats within common services

Support the development of a comprehensive risk profile to prioritize mitigation actions

 

  • Work with Process Owners to Align the Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan (CSIRP)

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the CSIRP is aligned with NIS 2 requirements

 

  • Support the development of procedures for incident identification, containment, recovery, and reporting

Collaborate on the implementation of security measures

 

  • Work with relevant teams to recommend and implement appropriate security measures to mitigate identified risks

Ensure compliance with best practices and NIS 2 guidelines

 

  • Be the point of contact for NIS 2 in Germany

Act as the primary resource for NIS 2 matters and support the Head of Siemens Software in Germany in interacting with the relevant authorities

Respond to inquiries within the given timeframe

 

  • Collaborate with process owners on awareness and training

Work with process owners to ensure that training initiatives on NIS 2 compliance and cybersecurity best practices are aligned

Provide guidance to align content with regulatory requirements

 

  • Support ongoing NIS 2 alignment efforts

Work with teams to maintain compliance in key areas, including risk management, response planning and employee awareness

Regularly update stakeholders on progress and new requirements

 

Your skills:

  • Completed studies (Bachelor) in (business) informatics or comparable

  • At least 5 years of professional experience

  • Experience in analyzing cyber regulations and previous experience with NIS 2 is an advantage

  • Support the team in the alignment of shared services to

  • Risk assessment to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats

  • Cyber Security Incident Response Plan (CSIRP) in line with NIS2 requirements

  • Appropriate security measures to mitigate identified risks

  • German contact person for NIS 2 to support the Head of Security
