We, the emagine GmbH, are searching for an experienced (technical) Implementation Manager (m/f/d) with a financial/fintech background.
Start: asap/ flexible
Duration: 6 Months + Option to Extend
Location: Hybrid - Remote and Düsseldorf
Workload: Part-time (50%) with the possibility to scale up during the project
Your Key responsibilities are:
Project Management:
Lead multiple implementation projects simultaneously, from the initiation stage to completion.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, support, and customer success teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation projects.
Track and report project progress, status, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Track and manage Scope Changes with strong change management focus
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
Understand client needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
Provide clients with regular updates and address any concerns or issues that arise.
Communication cost and timelines changes associated with scope change
Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to ensure clients are equipped to use the product or service post-implementation.
Your Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, implementation management, or a related role.
Experience in a client-facing role, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong technical background desirable with experience in software implementation, system integration, or IT project management.
Fluent in English and German. Both, written and spoken.
