We, the emagine GmbH, are searching for an experienced (technical) Implementation Manager (m/f/d) with a financial/fintech background.

Start: asap/ flexible

Duration: 6 Months + Option to Extend

Location: Hybrid - Remote and Düsseldorf

Workload: Part-time (50%) with the possibility to scale up during the project

Your Key responsibilities are:

  1. Project Management:

    • Lead multiple implementation projects simultaneously, from the initiation stage to completion.

    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, support, and customer success teams, to ensure project objectives are met.

    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation projects.

    • Track and report project progress, status, and outcomes to stakeholders.

    • Track and manage Scope Changes with strong change management focus

  2. Client Engagement:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.

    • Understand client needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.

    • Provide clients with regular updates and address any concerns or issues that arise.

    • Communication cost and timelines changes associated with scope change

    • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to ensure clients are equipped to use the product or service post-implementation.

Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, implementation management, or a related role.

  • Experience in a client-facing role, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong technical background desirable with experience in software implementation, system integration, or IT project management.

  • Fluent in English and German. Both, written and spoken.
