Your missions:
As a Consultant Expert in Functional Testing, you will play a central role in the validation and integration process of train control systems. Your main responsibilities include:
Test Preparation: Careful planning of tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
Test Procedure Development: Creating procedures based on specifications provided by systems engineering.
Test Execution: Conducting functional tests at the system and train level in the lab.
Integration Support: Collaborating with engineering teams to support integration and development testing.
Results Analysis: Interpreting test results in coordination with the engineering team.
Debugging: Assisting engineering teams with diagnosis and problem resolution on-site or remotely via MS Teams and TCMS (Train Control Management System) tools.
Reporting: Rigorously documenting errors and anomalies, tracking, and communicating with engineering teams.
Report Writing: Preparing both static and dynamic reports after testing.
Profile sought:
You thrive in a technical and collaborative environment, whether as a freelancer or a full-time consultant:
At least 2 years of experience in laboratory testing on railway vehicles using the Mitrac management system.
Proficiency in the Mitrac Train Control Management System and its associated tools.
In-depth knowledge of safety standards (EHS) in an industrial work environment.
A degree in electronic engineering, electrotechnics, or mechatronics, or equivalent training in accordance with German standards (IHK).
Strong adaptability, with a team spirit and a willingness to learn new skills.
