For our client from the automotive industry we are looking for several full-time Test Engineers - App Development for the location Erlangen with remote part.
The weekly working time is 40 hours, the duration of the assignment is 12 months with the option of extension or a takeover by our client.
Your tasks:
You will analyze requirements and create test cases, test plans and review them
You will monitor compliance with quality standards in software development and metrics with regard to software quality
You will carry out manual and partically automated tests
You document test results and create test reports
You analyze and document errors
You will work closely with your colleagues in testing and development in a joint team
Your qualifications:
A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study or completed training as an IT specialist
Professional experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance in the best case in python
ISTQB certificate "Certified Tester Foundation Level"
Knowledge of test methods and test tools as well as agile software development processes
Experience with test management systems (preferably Polarion) and a ticket management system (preferably Jira)
High degree of accuracy and conscientiousness
Programming knowledge in Java or Kotlin can be useful in the job
Very good knowledge of English
