We, emagine GmbH, are on the Search for a ServiceNow Expert (m/f/d) for PM&I.
As an ServiceNow Expert, you will be responsible for the support of the ongoing ServiceNow Implementation for PM&I.

Responsibilities/ Tasks:
Testing activities in the ServiceNow system
Documentation of the technical implementation within the assigned project
Training of Superusers and Documentation of How to’s
Consult and support in the Solution Design and implementation of ServiceNow
Oversee and coordinate developers and architects work
Cooperation with the external SN Service Provider and the internal Team
Support of continuous improvement measures
Setup Performance & Analytics module for PM&I
Improve Ticket entry gate in close cooperation with the stakeholders
Requirements/ Profile:
5 years Experience with ServiceNow Project Management, Agile Development, Performance & Analytics modules
Good Team Player
Design, Solution and Delivery focus
Ability to work within multi-national organization and operations
