Reporting hierarchically to Installation Design Manager, functionally to the Domain team leader, you:
Participate to train surveys in order to define installation principles and establish a descriptive document of selected solutions to get customer approval,
Transform electrical principles schematics into a real onboard installation,
Build the Bill Of Material relevant to the installation and compliant with train constrains and standards,
Draw final schematics and generate the associated wiring list,
Conceive harness respecting railway standards and write down specification for their production,
Collaborate with mechanical engineers to build the Part breakdown List or the final installation solution,
Draw-up of installation procedure explaining installation activities to be performed.
Desired Knowledge / Experiences
Knowledge of E3S is preferred ; ePlan or similar electrical design software is also adequate
Knowledge of railways industry & V-cycles is an asset
Knowledge of PLM – ENOVIA / Agile / Windchill / Aras / Innovator / Teamcenter
