Responsibilities/General tasks:
Coordination of Change Data Capture - CDC Releases based on Sources Systems Releases o Air Ocean (TANGO) Land (STAR, COMPASS) We are looking for 1 external support for the Backroom Staging service & be part of the team with the regular releases of TANGO, STAR, COMPASS in daily & weekend tasks plan & execution. The scope includes the following tasks and technologies/tools for Backroom Staging Service based on Oracle Golden Gate, automations in Jenkins:
Deployment Preparation for each Releases in DEV/INT, FAT & PROD (OGG process, PL/SQL scripting, XML, bash, JavaScript, general programming skills)
Intensive Testing on DEV
FAT (OGG, shell, Unix/Linux, Jenkins) inclusive last minutes adjustments if required, before Prod. deployment
Automation development & maintenance (Jenkins, PL/SQL, shell)
Post Installation Shakedown Test (SQL, PL/SQL)
Support during Weekend installation (monthly)
Oracle Golden Gate & Backroom Target Databases monitoring and administrative tasks (Oracle AWS RDS, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Golden Gate)
To be successful in the above role, the incumbent should possess/ display the following key skills/ attributes:
Good Team Player o Solution and Delivery focus o Ability to work within multi-national organization and operations
Experience with Oracle Golden Gate (CDC) & Qlik Replicate o Knowledge of Unix & SQL scripting, Jenkins. Language
Proficient English speaker and writer (B2 at least) PAGE 2 OF 2 Location
Preferred Europe time zone (), alternatively full remote in CET Time zone. Experience
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in IT
Preferably at least 3 years of experience in Oracle Golden Gate, Unix, SQL scripting
